I spread your idea because it makes me feel generous.
...because I feel smart alerting others to what I discovered.
...because I care about the outcome and want you (the creator of the idea) to succeed.
...because I have no choice. Every time I use your product, I spread the idea (Hotmail, iPad, a tattoo).
...because there's a financial benefit directly to me (Amazon affiliates, mlm).
...because it's funny and laughing alone is no fun.
...because I'm lonely and sharing an idea solves that problem, at least for a while.
...because I'm angry and I want to enlist others in my outrage (or in shutting you down).
...because both my friend and I will benefit if I share the idea (Groupon).
...because you asked me to, and it's hard to say no to you."

Man reportedly covers 1 million miles in just four years: "A man in Florida has reportedly amassed over 1 million miles on his Ford F-250 pickup truck in just four years.
According to NBC’s Miami, Florida affiliate, Phil Marsella has managed to rack up 1,012,572 miles on his 2006 Ford F-250 gas-powered pickup truck in just four years. Marsella reached the amazing milestone by driving between 7,000 and 10,000 miles per week delivering greyhounds to race tracks and families.
Affectionately nicknamed Betsy, Marsella attributes the longevity of his truck to his local repair shop. Over the last four years, Marsella has spent $67,000 on vehicle maintenance.
“I’ve never seen a truck with this many miles besides a semi-truck. Never on a gas engine,” said Buddy Hawkins, the mechanic who works on the truck."

The blockbuster TV series began with a kaleidoscope of big, brassy, sexy images — tracts of open land, shiny skyscrapers, fancy cars, cowboy businessmen and the very dreamy Victoria Principal. We watched bootlegged copies of the show, passed around on old Betamax cassettes. America (certainly the CBS soap-opera version of America) seemed dazzling and larger than life, especially set against the stagnant backdrop of India in the 1970s. Politicians who denounced the country by day would go home in the evenings and plot to send their kids to college in 'the States.'
Of course, the 1970s were actually tough times in America — stagflation, malaise, the aftermath of Vietnam and Watergate — but they were brutal in the rest of the world. Hyperinflation racked most third-world countries; coups and martial law were familiar occurrences, even affecting staunchly democratic India, where emergency rule was enforced from 1975 to 1977. Set against this atmosphere of despair, the U.S. looked like a shining city on a hill."

India's exports grow by 22.5% in August
India's exports grew by 22.5 per cent in August to 16 billion US Dollars. Improved global demand for Indian merchandise has boosted the exports. Imports also jumped by a higher rate of 32.2 per cent to 29 billion US Dollars in the month. This has resulted in a trade deficit of 13 billion US Dollars.
Target for the current fiscal has been fixed at 200 billion US Dollars. During April-August this fiscal, exports grew by 28.6 per cent to 85.27 billion US Dollars.
The sectors registering healthy exports growth include cotton yarn, gems and jewellery, iron ore, engineering and petroleum, oil and lubricants. However, the readymade garments, handicrafts, handlooms and carpets sectors are still in bad shape.
Target for the current fiscal has been fixed at 200 billion US Dollars. During April-August this fiscal, exports grew by 28.6 per cent to 85.27 billion US Dollars.
